IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF KIND OR TYPE, TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON, EXCEED $250.00.
LIMITATION OF CLAIMS
Any action on any claim against MULTYPREP, INC. must be brought by the user within one (1)
a year following the date the claim first accrued or shall be deemed waived.
